Some may wonder, as this is supposed to be a teaching on meditation, why we are mentioning such things as eating and drinking. But this can all be related to meditation. To help yourself and others it`s necessary to develop a clear ,highly concentrative and wholesome state of mind. A very useful and important instrument herunto is meditation. Meditation is nevertheless most effective if is not only practised in reclusiveness or retreat but being integrated into everybodys normal way of daily life.
